These terms cover your use of the Morton Tire and Wheels (MTW) website at mortontireandwheels.com. By using this site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this website is

This site is an information site for our shop at 20011 Morton Rd, Katy, TX 77449. It describes the services we offer and the brands we carry. It is not an online store, and nothing on it is a binding offer to sell. Every job starts with a phone call or a visit to the shop.

Pricing, availability, and quotes

• Prices and stock change constantly. Anything shown on this site is for reference only and may be out of date.
• A quote given over the phone is an estimate based on what you tell us about your vehicle. The final price is confirmed once we see the vehicle and the parts are in hand.
• Tire and wheel availability depends on our supplier. Special-order parts may require a deposit and are subject to supplier lead times we don't control.
• Prices do not include applicable Texas sales tax, disposal fees, or shop supplies unless stated.

New tires and manufacturer warranties

New tires carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer. MTW is not the warranty issuer. We will help you file a claim and provide your invoice and service records, but approval, proration, and replacement decisions are made by the manufacturer under their terms.

Used and like-new tires

Every used tire we sell is inspected for tread depth, age, dry rot, prior repairs, and sidewall damage before it goes on our rack, and we show you the tread reading before you buy. Beyond that inspection, used tires are sold in their present condition. We do not warrant remaining mileage or service life on a used tire, and road hazard coverage does not apply to used tires.

Service work

• We warrant our workmanship on installation, mounting, balancing, and alignment. Bring the vehicle back and we will make it right.
• Parts are covered by the part manufacturer's warranty, not ours.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions on a vehicle, including seized or previously over-torqued lug nuts and studs, rusted or damaged wheels, aftermarket modifications, or corroded TPMS sensors that fail during normal service.
• We may decline work we believe is unsafe or outside our scope.
• Vehicles left after a completed job are stored at the owner's risk. Storage charges may apply after a reasonable period, and abandoned vehicles are handled under Texas law.

Fitment and sizing

We check bolt pattern, offset, and clearance on wheel and lift packages before installation. If you supply your own parts or direct us to install a specific setup against our recommendation, the fitment result is your responsibility.

Financing

Snap Finance is an independent third-party lender. Applying, approval terms, payment schedules, and lease or loan agreements are strictly between you and Snap Finance under their agreement. MTW does not make credit decisions, does not set financing terms, and is not a party to your financing contract.

Brand names and trademarks

Tire and wheel brand names, logos, and product names shown on this site belong to their respective owners. We reference them to describe products we sell and install. MTW is an independent tire and wheel dealer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized representative of any manufacturer unless we state so directly.

The MTW name, logo, site text, photographs of our shop and our completed builds are ours. Please don't copy or republish them without permission.

Reviews and photos

Customer reviews shown on this site are pulled from our public Google Business Profile and reflect individual experiences. They are not a guarantee of any particular result. Before-and-after photos show real work done at our shop; your vehicle, parts, and results will differ.

Links to other sites

This site links to outside sites such as our financing partner and Google Maps. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, practices, or availability.

Site accuracy

We work to keep this site accurate, but content is provided as-is without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Tire advice on this site is general guidance, not a substitute for an inspection of your specific vehicle.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Texas law allows, MTW is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability connected to this website will not exceed one hundred dollars. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
